We are proud to be one of the largest cooperatives in the US, currently employing over 1600 caregivers and staff in the greater New York area.

We currently offer weekly care giver training programs in The Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island that are completely free. Since opening, CHCA has provided free training to over 10,000 prospective Home Health Aides.

Our mission

By providing high-quality home care jobs, CHCA is committed to improving both the lives of direct-care providers and the lives of the clients who rely on their quality care and support.

Together we strive towards the following goals:

1

To provide reliable, high quality home health care services for those who are elderly, chronically ill, or living with disabilities.

2

To offer the highest possible salaries and benefits while building a profitable worker-owned company.
